Adrenal Fatigue Audios are HERE!

adrenal on kidney 150x138 Adrenal Fatigue Audios are HERE!

Adrenal Fatigue = Anxiety

You might be wondering why I have recorded a series of audios related to the adrenals and what they have to do with anxiety therapy? EVERYTHING! Recently I read statistics from Analytical Research Labs that said 95% of all test results indicate the individuals are experiencing some type of adrenal insufficiency. That’s 95% people! Holy cow, no wonder why people feel so sick and tired.

Adrenal insufficiency is a key player in anxiety, panic attacks, depression, autoimmune, allergies, obesity / weight gain, brain fog, agoraphobia, candida overgrowth, leaky gut, weak immune function, fatigue, insomnia, hormone imbalance, digestion, etc. Like, EVERYTHING!

The series is a one hour training broken up into 8 chapters for download and listening ease. To download the MP3 files, right click on the download link and either “Save Target As” or “Save Link As”. What you see depends on your browser.

Jen it’s like you lived my life, but you found a way out. I am more hopeful now than ever before, thank you!

  3. Daria says:

    Hi Jen,
When you were experiencing anxiety and panic, did PMS get worst and during your period have a lack of energy.

  4. admin says:

    Daria,
The anxiety got worse with PMS and went away when the period started. I felt really weird about a week and a half out, when the progesterone should be higher. My progesterone levels were horrible. Have you had your thyroid and progesterone levels checked?

    Cheers,
    Jen

  5. Lyndsey says:

Hey Jen – I’ve been dealing with bouts of severe anxiety off and on for years. My last bout was in 2006 and out of know where, I was hit with an anxiety attack a few weeks ago. I am into holistic and natural healing, so I was looking for causes of anxiety that have to do with the body. Then I found you. I feel like my adrenal glands are in hyperdrive and my body won’t calm down. At night, I can’t sleep, which perpetuates the cycle. Your advice makes the most sense to me as to what is going on inside my body, because my doctors tell me I’m am healthy. I’m going to give your regiment a try. Thanks for putting yourself out there and for sharing your story. All my best – Lyndsey

    Thanks Lyndsey!
The adrenals are a key player in the sympathetic overdrive issue that creates anxiety and panic. Balancing blood sugar is another important factor to look at when bringing panic / anxiety to a halt.
Have fun perusing this site for answers.
