Thanks Lyndsey!
The adrenals are a key player in the sympathetic overdrive issue that creates anxiety and panic. Balancing blood sugar is another important factor to look at when bringing panic / anxiety to a halt.
Have fun perusing this site for answers.
Also, did you see my ebook? http://letsgetphysicalebook.com.
Happy health journeys,
Jen

Hey Jen - I've been dealing with bouts of severe anxiety off and on for years. My last bout was in 2006 and out of know where, I was hit with an anxiety attack a few weeks ago. I am into holistic and natural healing, so I was looking for causes of anxiety that have to do with the body. Then I found you. I feel like my adrenal glands are in hyperdrive and my body won't calm down. At night, I can't sleep, which perpetuates the cycle. Your advice makes the most sense to me as to what is going on inside my body, because my doctors tell me I'm am healthy. I'm going to give your regiment a try. Thanks for putting yourself out there and for sharing your story. All my best - Lyndsey

Daria,
The anxiety got worse with PMS and went away when the period started. I felt really weird about a week and a half out, when the progesterone should be higher. My progesterone levels were horrible. Have you had your thyroid and progesterone levels checked?

Cheers,
Jen
