Yes Dana you are correct, coriander is great for balancing the blood sugar. It has also helped the anxiety because it helps the blood sugar!

Thanks so much for sharing this Jen, I have this too and it's reassuring to know that I'm not the only one. I had to convince my doctor that my blood sugar was causing my anxiety and have the spaciness too. I really enjoy receiving your updates, thanks!

Jen,
I hear ya on this one. I too recently went to the doc for one situation that was causing anxiety (so I thought) and found out that I too suffered from High Blood Sugars all the way to Low Low Blood Sugars (aka....diabetes for me).
I too check my blood sugars now every couple of hours as well.
You pointed out an interestng fact about the adrenals and blood sugar (I knew, but forgot).
If I recall, you said Corriander Oil was great for the adrenals. Can you confirm? Also, should the oil be applied to the adrenal area?

I'm finding out that everyone has their "feel good" sugar level. Do you know what yours is? I am still trying to figure mine out.

Thanks for continuing to update this great website.
