    Hi jen,
i was in your class on weight loss at the conference and you spoke of many things that were helpful. Could you give me your take on Ocatea.
    Angie

I feel Ocotea essential oil is fabulous for balancing high blood sugar levels (diabetes/hyperglycemia). I have experienced severe hypoglycemia and using ocotea dropped my levels too low, into the 50’s. Everyone is different though, so you’ll have to measure you’re levels via a glucose meter to determine how it works for you.

What YLO do you use to balance your blood sugar? I too have high as well as low blood sugar.

Hi I loved your article. I believe that it is crucial when talking about diabetes to at least refer to natural treatments that have been proven to be efficient in controlling high blood sugar. Numerous natural herbs can be including in a diabetics regimen that may help maintain a healthy sugar level.

There are indeed many treatments mentioned in my articles. Essential oils, minerals, vitamins, herbs, etc. The fastest thing I know of to balance blood sugar are essential oils, they work almost instantly.

    Hi Jen,
I wanted to download your book on blood sugar that has the free bonus recordings. If I get the book through the mail, will I also receive the bonuses or do I only receive them if I purchase the download version?
    Thanks,
Judy please e-mail me back as soon as you can. Thanks again!

Great question Judy. The whole program is downloaded immediately after you purchase it. So, there’s no waiting. You get the main book, 3 reports, and 2 MP3’s.

    Hope this helps!

Hi, I am hypoglycemic at least I think I am When I don’t have food on a reg basis I get dizzy and very sick I feel like I am on my way out. I only seem to stablelize with meat. Is that weird. If I wait to long to eat it can take up to 2 hrs to recover. I try to eat every 4 hrs. If I get buzy and forget for any reason I’m in trouble. I am 57 years old and active but very tired. I push my way throught my day. I eat alot on chicken every day. Good chicken not store bought. Can your help me. Deb

    Hi Deb,
I feel ya! Meat will help blood sugar because the body breaks down the proteins and uses that for “long term” fuel. It’s kinda complicated and involves enzymes, the liver, intestinal absorption, and so on – but all ya need to know (unless you’re a dork like me who needs to know how everything works) is that it’s not weird to feel better long term with protein / meat.
